( September 2018) My Weird School is a series of chapter books written by and illustrated by, based on the main character, A.J. And his friends who attend a weird school. The main character, A.J, a boy who hates school. He attends it with his friends, Ryan and Michael, and some other kids.

His rival is a girl named Andrea, who loves school and never breaks rules. He describes her as; “a girl with curly brown hair and a good two shoes attitude.” Andrea calls A.J Arlo because she knows he doesn’t like it.” He isn’t very nice to Andrea, and neither is she to him. They come up with lots of conflicts during the series, which shows they both have a soft side for each other.
