Budokai Tenkaichi 3 Characters

USB 3.0 formatted to FAT32 structure. But when I try to start either Persona 4 or Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 I get a black screen. And after like 2-3 minutes hdd stops working. Can somebody tell what am I doing wrong???????? Persona 4 and DBZ are patched using USBUtil 2.0EDIT: Also emulators FROM USB works. I don't get it:/.
